CityU Professional Development Centre (CDC) undertakes, in its data management policies and practices, to observe the spirit of the data protection principles and to comply with the requirements of the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance of Hong Kong.

Personal Information Collection Statement
The information collected from you, either in electronic or in hard copy format, that personally identifies you, will be used solely for the purpose(s) specified and kept confidential. The personal data may be transferred within CityU Professional Services Limited (CPS) to which CDC belongs or among different units within City University of Hong Kong for processing and use, under a duty of confidentiality to CDC. Your personal data will not be disclosed to other third parties unless with your prior consent in writing.

Under the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance, you may request access to, and/or correction of your personal data held by CDC. If you wish to do so, please send an e-mail to cityudc@cityu.edu.hk.
